II.               Describe this place?

Sherlock Holmes Office is not just an office it is also his home.  He lives with his housekeeper, and Assistant Dr. Watson. 

 

          The Stoke Moran Manor House is falling apart.  Construction has begun on one side of the house, which has three parts.  The other wings of the house are falling apart.

 

III.           Which part of the story best describes the setting?

       

 

 

IV.             Did the story take place a long time ago/ in the future/ now? Explain how you know.

V.                What words tell you about the setting even though it does not say directly?    For example:  I know it is winter if there is snow on the ground.
